A Generous Donation by the Camposol Golf Association

The Camposol Golf Association recently held the Camposol Charity Shield Competition.

There were 86 entrants and the winners were the Pawson family.

Peter Bowker, Club Captain, presented MABS Cancer Support Group with a very generous cheque for 3,000€. The cheque was received by MABS President, Jacqueline Phillips MBE. Jacqui was supported by Fran Sears, MABS Mazarron Director, and Bev Thompson, MABS Mazarron Treasurer along with other members of the Mazarron team.

Fran Sears, Pat Hankinson, Ann Walmsley and Marjorie Drummond had all manned the MABS Cancer Support Group stall at the event and all were present to receive the very welcome funds. MABS relies solely on the generous donations of our sponsors and fundraising by such events as this.
